you must add the below package to the Arduino repository

Operating instructions march-2024

1. download the esp32 boards
2. Set the board as “DOIT ESP32 DEVKIT V1” and choose the COM port
3. choose examble > esp32 > camera > camerawebserver
4. uncomment the following line and comment all other lines
5. remove the USB wire from the esp board
6. press and hold the IO0 button
7. plugin the USB cable
8. remove your finger from the button
9. upload the code and wait until successful
10. remove the USB cable and insert it again
11. you are good to go code uploaded and should work fine

repeat the steps from 4 to 9 for any new code
