Whether you’re using it as the primary display for your Raspberry Pi, as a secondary screen for your laptop or desktop, or integrating it into a custom project, the Raspberry Pi Monitor offers the perfect balance of power, performance, and portability. It’s not just a screen—it’s a tool for innovation. It is desktop-friendly where the adjustable stand (back) and the anti-slip footer (bottom) offer very steady placement of the monitor on any surface on your desk.

 

If you like to save space on your desk, this monitor is also ready with a VESA 100×100 mount (at the back of the monitor). You will need to flip the stand up freeing up the space for HDMI cable, and USB-C to the monitor.

 

Quick Start Instructions:

  1. Remove the monitor and cable from the box.
  2. Please read the product information leaflet before using the monitor.
  3. Remove the monitor from its sleeve
  4. Unclip the stand from the back of the monitor, and rotate it open to reveal the connectors.
  5. Plug in the power and HDMI cables. Note: There is a USB-C to USB-A cable in the box.
  6. Place the monitor on a flat, stable surface, or mount it using the VESA or screw-mount attachment points.
  7. Turn on the computer or power adapter; the monitor will power on

Note: Suitable spacers (not supplied) must be used between the monitor and the VESA bracket; make sure you use spacers that are wide enough to allow sufficient space for the power and HDMI cables.

 

Two Ways to Power the Raspberry Pi Monitor

 

Powered from Raspberry Pi’s USB port

Maximum 60% brightness and 50% volume

 

 

Powered from a separate power supply

Maximum 100% brightness and 100% volume

 

If you want to get the most out of the monitor by powering it with a separate power supply, here are our recommendations: (It will require USB-C, 5V@1.5A)

 

 

Tips:

  • Adjust volume and brightness with the control buttons on the back of the monitor.
  • Turn the monitor on and off with the power button on the back.
  • Find your preferred viewing angle by adjusting the integrated stand.
  • Tidy the cables using the notch at the base of the monitor.
